The beautiful 550′ dock, the longest in Franklin County, can be maneuvered by wheelchair which includes fishing. A perfect place to view sunrises/sunsets while sitting on the bench at the end of the pier, from the home balcony, living room or grand kitchen. Lovely polywood bistro balcony table with swivel chairs heavy duty, and chairs to sun or relax. The wicker rocking chair which can be moved out to the balcony is hypnotizing with the breeze, water view, scenes of fish swimming and dolphins playing, otherwise activities of nature in a serene and happy place. Very much uplifting and fun! We aim to please to ensure an enjoyable stay.

This particular home is not designed with pet-friendly features as is our larger family gulf-side home which was designed to accommodate pet guests and built with pet friendly in mind; pet lovers stay at Cape San Blas.

We recommends this home for a couple only and possibly one adult guest added or one-two infants or small children. The home has one king bed, one full bathroom, a very large kitchen, attractive furnite pieces with storage features and plenty of room and more than enough provisions for many more and is ideal for two adults comfortably for an intimate and romantic getaway. Leave the pet more comfortable at home with family or friends and enjoy walks on the ever intetesting pier. The home does not offer pet friendly accomodations with high end flooring/area rugs not conducive to spills or pet accidents. Pet walking areas are limited. This home is best suited for a couple with one guest with an emphasis on the best of a care-free and memorably getaway. Too many people will be less comfortable and cause safety concerns since we adhere to safety standards regarding our home and guests. The king bed is a Beauty Rest Perfect Sleeper placed new April 2020, considered very comfortable to owner and friends who sleep wonderfully, is well suited for the majority of our guests; best described as softer plush in contrast to firm. Discuss with owner before instant booking any concerns or expectations if back issues specifically require a firm mattress, or if reserving the home on behalf of others such as elderly senior parents with specific preferences.
Please confirm 2 people max. 3, no pet, no smoking in home. Guest may provide email with drivers license number as identification for security/contact in case of emergency. The number of people staying is required at the time of initial payment on credit card. With an initial payment of security deposit and vrbo service fee, vrbo will release the contact info for guest and owner to connect and communicate further. A phone call to safely receive by phone the lockbox code and brief check in instructions is recommended the evening before checkin with other details provided in advance. Please respond regarding confirmation and number of guests staying.
Payment with online reservation does not constitute confirmation since house rules requires a return message confirming two guests and no more than three. Please ask about our Cape San Blas gulf-side home which accomodates up to six comfortably and up to 8 depending on number of children /guests. We are happy to assist with larger groups in our other home or arrange for overflow guests in the homes of our close friends . We are appreciative of our guests who are treated as friends and family.
